Workplace & culture
Wellbeing isn't just something we teach our students - it's how we run the school. MVA has a dedicated Wellbeing Lead for staff, because we know that people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and heard.
We're a fully remote team, and we've built our culture around that on purpose. You'll work from your own home, whether that's part-time teaching alongside other commitments, or a full timetable delivered from wherever suits you best. What connects us isn't a physical building; it's a shared belief that every young person deserves an education that fits them.
We're also a young, fast-growing school, which means your voice carries. Ideas don't get lost in layers of hierarchy - the people who teach and mentor our students help shape how the school evolves.
